A: Your first visit will include a comprehensive dental examination, digital x-rays, an oral cancer screening, and a discussion of your dental and medical history. We’ll also take the time to understand your oral health goals and concerns.
A: We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, and personal checks. We also offer flexible payment plans and accept Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).
A: We process all insurance claims on your behalf to help maximize your benefits. As an out-of-network provider, patients are responsible for paying us directly, but our team will assist you in submitting claims for reimbursement.
A: If you have a dental emergency, please call our office immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible. For after-hours emergencies, instructions will be provided on our voicemail.
A: We recommend scheduling dental check-ups and cleanings every six months. However, your dentist may suggest a different frequency based on your specific oral health needs.
A: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient in need.
A: Yes, we offer sedation dentistry options, including IV sedation provided by board-certified anesthesiologists, to help patients with dental anxiety feel more comfortable during their procedures.
